They're looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to spearhead their Administration team, ensuring operations run seamlessly, and the workplace reflects commitment to excellence.

As the Office Manager & Administration Team Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations. We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset, ready to own office logistics, provide top-tier support to senior management, and lead a team that’s as dedicated as you are. Office Management:
Ensure the office hums with efficiency—oversee everything from facilities management to procurement, and build strong relationships with vendors.
Develop and maintain office policies and procedures that keep our operations running like clockwork.
Keep compliant and safe by managing health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Safeguard the office and its information, taking charge of security measures and handling confidential documents.
Serve as the Fire Marshal, ensuring safety protocols are always top-notch.
Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Skillfully coordinate and delegate tasks, ensuring the team consistently delivers timely and accurate support across the office.
Drive the growth and development of your team by conducting performance reviews, identifying training opportunities, and supporting their career progression.
Act as the linchpin for internal communications and office-wide announcements, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in office management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a corporate environment, preferably in finance or private equity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
