* Assist in the leadership and management of the care team, providing guidance and support.
* Foster a positive and inclusive culture that prioritizes the well-being of residents.
* Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
* Ensure that care practices adhere to the highest standards and promote dignity and autonomy.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through regular assessments and audits.
* Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the overall quality of care.
* Facilitate training programs to enhance staff skills in dementia care.
* Encourage and support ongoing professional development for the care team.
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring open communication.
* Organise and participate in activities that promote social engagement and mental stimulation. *Qualifications:*
* Registered Nurse (RMN) qualification is essential
* Proven experience role within a dementia care setting.
