Customer Success Manager

Field Service Management SaaS CSM. An experienced and charismatic Customer Success Manager is required by a leading provider of service management software solutions. This organisation is going through an exciting growth phase and requires a CSM to drive utilisation of this SaaS solution within their base of field service provider customers. This is a fully remote role.
SaaS ERP solution / field service management solution / workforce management software vendor not a reseller.
Privately owned, UK based, highly ethical and long-term minded business.
CSM is required to work with mid-level customers to help them gain maximum value from the SaaS solution.
A professional and respected Customer Success Team focusing on NPS, high rates of utilisation and NRR
Minimum 2 years experience in a CSM role for a SaaS provider of field service management software, asset management software, or workforce management solutions or ERP solutions.
Someone working as a user of workforce management SaaS or field service management SaaS would also be very interesting
Experience of mapping business processes to workflow software to drive best practice within customers
This is a fully remote, home-based role. Occasional travel to customer sites will be driven by the CSM. This organisation has a work from anywhere policy with head office located in North West England.
The package includes a salary ranging from GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 + bonus. There are also real long-term opportunities for career development within this organisation.
