Our team is all about the Digital Era, established globally and quickly building locally, we’re transforming the Accounting Industry. We use Cloud Accounting such as Xero, Dext, Quickbooks and our Sleek Tech to work smartly and efficiently with our SME clients.

We are now searching for **Customer Success Associates**, to join us and work with our growing office in **Leeds, UK**. Our team is an EXTRA-ordinary group of Sleekers who share values such as simplicity, kindness, excellence, authenticity and most of all fun

If you have at least **2 years+ Customer Success, Relationship/Account Management experience**, previously won over customers with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and want to develop your career within a fast growing international fintech organization that generously rewards initiative, autonomy and team spirit, _**please get in touch**_

**What you will need to be successful as a Customer Success Associate**:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role: customer success, relationship manager, account management etc, ideally within SME or consumer sectors, or in a high growth online start-up environment
- You have strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a growth mindset and able to solve complex problems independently
- Demonstrable experience with process improvement and innovation
- Be based in and around Leeds, UK

**What will you do?**
- Advise customers on Sleek’s suite of products and serve as a link between the client and relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for maintaining and exceeding Sleek’s client satisfaction and Net Promoter score targets
- Resolve customer enquiries and escalations professionally and timely
- Help surface good fit leads to sales by driving value in every conversation
- Drive initiatives to support account retention and renewal
- Responsible for client account opening and onboarding process, and continuously improving and streamlining our processes to provide an excellent Customer Experience journey.
