The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a marketing team, optimizing eCommerce operations, and expanding the company’s online presence with a focus on making business easy for customers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce and marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on lead generation, sales growth, and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Purchasing, Commercial and Retail Managers, and Product Management, to develop effective product range strategies.
Manage a multi-channel campaign plan across paid digital channels, email marketing, CRM, and eCommerce promotions to enable cross-functional planning.
Regularly analyze and report on eCommerce and marketing performance.
Oversee the eCommerce and marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI targets.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to maximize individual skills and team performance.
Align stock management and operations with the overall eCommerce strategy.
Proven track record of success in an eCommerce/marketing role, preferably in a comparable B2B/B2C environment.
Strong commercial experience with a solid understanding of the marketing funnel and its role in driving growth.
Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Must hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to undertake occasional travel.
