Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each student.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
SEN Experience: Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
Strong understanding of SEN legislation, safeguarding procedures, and inclusive education practices.
