Role Overview
The Operations Senior Analyst is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of transactions.

What you'll do: Build out new data control and income & expense processes relating to the opening of new clearing flows with new exchanges and product offerings Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic trade processing procedures and industry standards Offer advanced solutions for assigned trade processing areas Execute securities transaction processing Formulate procedures, techniques and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase team productivity, ensuring entire team meets or exceeds performance goals Serve as an analytical and procedural expert, and as first point of escalation for staff members, management and internal/external clients Identify control gaps during settlement cycle and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate any risk or control losses What we'll need from you: Finance experience preferred Experience in a reconciliation/remediation Previous people management experience advantageous Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Data Analysis Stakeholder management What we can offer you:
