Markets Operations Belfast Overview:
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.
A role within Markets Operations means that you will have a global reach, in a supportive environment which will provide you with new experiences and development opportunities right here in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter.
You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model.

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for ensuring mandatory cash income events are reconciled and paid to entitled holders on time and the investigation of any issues that may arise

What you'll do: Execute daily activities efficiently whilst adhering to internal or regulatory deadlines. Investigate any issues that may arise and escalate appropriately. Support the preparation and submission of internal and external regulatory reports. Identify procedure gaps and make suggestions for process transformation. Apply a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the wider team/working group. Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to progress work and resolve issues. What we'll need from you: Proficient in MS Office Strong communicator who is articulate and concise. Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines. Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills. Successful candidates will attend a two week Market Operations Training Academy if required.
This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
