Role Overview
The Business Management Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and facilitating the daily operations of business management processes within the Technology sector.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Technology CAO and Business Manager with ongoing responsibilities.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Technology function regarding inquiries and information.
- Provide analytical support and assistance with ad-hoc requests essential for the effective operation of the Technology function.
- Gather meeting materials, document key outcomes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Collaborate closely with budget holders to understand assigned projects and business areas, enabling thorough review and quality assurance of spending requests for Group CIO approval.
- Create and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities.
