About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Senior Analyst to join our team at 11172 Citibank Europe plc Hungary. As a key member of our Enterprise Resilience function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational resilience of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of a global operational resilience framework, working closely with the regulation planning and integration team.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging industry trends and potential disruptors to operational resilience.
  • Develop and maintain documents to support local jurisdictional operational resilience governance requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and tactical support to business and management meetings.
  • Assess risk and develop solutions to complex issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operational resilience.
  • Manage own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in third-party oversight, risk, and relationship management.
  • Strong report writing skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record as a strong analyst, recognized for delivering work in pressured environments.
  • Experience working with internal and external audit and regulatory groups.
  • Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
