Operational Resilience Lead Analyst

Citi is seeking a skilled Operational Resilience Lead Analyst to join its Enterprise Resilience team. This role will play a vital part in shaping and delivering the Operational Resilience programme, representing the programme to key senior stakeholders globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global Enterprise Resilience function in regulation planning and integration, maintaining a global framework, and implementing compliance objectives.
  • Develop documents to support local jurisdictional operational resilience requirements.
  • Monitor emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to segments and strategy in relation to operational resilience.
  • Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings.
  • Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly, creating clear written presentations/communications.
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in Financial Services, consultancy, or equivalent industry, with technical experience related to operational resilience, business continuity, incident management, and/or managing regulatory change.
  • Solid understanding of wholesale financial services businesses and end-to-end operating models.
  • Proven analytic skills and ability to synthesize information, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups, and deliver credible outputs supporting senior management decision making.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
