Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and manage clientenquiries
Book viewings using the company’s system
Complete customer records and update records in the system
Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
Encourageoffers etc where appropriate
Negotiate and agree buyer offers
Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
Previous experience is advantageous.
You will have excellent customer service skills and place importance on the customer journey
You will be at home in a small team assisting in all aspects of the office
You will have solid IT skills
You will be well spoken and well presented
You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
You will be motivated and have a 'can do' attitude
Knowledge of the local market and specifically Malmesbury, is advantageous
