About the Role

The Marketing Executive and Office Manager is a dynamic role that requires a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to support the day-to-day activities of our marketing and office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to optimise website content, improving conversions based on data and feedback.
  • Collaboration and Development: Work closely with developers to resolve website issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement technical solutions.
  • Affiliate Management: Administer affiliates, contribute to strategic plans to grow the affiliate team, and coordinate events.
  • Content Planning and Execution: Draft mailouts, support the organisation and categorisation of mailing lists, and report on activities.
  • Content Organisation: Ensure content plans are followed and are well-organised, promoting a cohesive brand image.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet ambitious goals, providing valuable insights and support.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage office administration tasks, including ordering stationery and supplies, taking meter readings, and providing ad hoc services to support the office.
  • Product Testing: Administer monthly tests of products and the facility, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Procurement and Partnerships: Research procurement of ingredients, develop relationships with partners, and negotiate contracts.
  • Personal Assistant: Act as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director, providing administrative support, booking flights, arranging visas, booking appointments, and organising diaries.
  • Team Support: Support the needs of the team, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing or sales activities.
  • Organisation and Efficiency: Be extremely well-organised and efficient, able to juggle various activities and prioritise important tasks.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Be enthusiastic and energetic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand the basics of health and have an interest in the microbiome.
