If you’re a brilliant communicator, proactive, and thrive in a customer environment, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering tailored glazing solutions. * Effectively sell and negotiate customer orders, meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from initial consultation to order completion. * Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer orders. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the glazing or construction industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. * Ability to manage multiple customer orders and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
