Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering tailored glazing solutions.
- Effectively sell and negotiate customer orders, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from initial consultation to order completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the glazing or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to manage multiple customer orders and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
