Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a VRF HVAC Senior Sales Executive to join our Building Technologies and Solutions business.

The role will focus on VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump sales via the end user and specification / consultant market, as well as main Contractors and M&E Contractors.

You will have access to a new innovative product that will help you differentiate when offering JCI contracted services to build on any existing customer relationships you may have while driving new business across your network.

In this role, you will identify and pursue product-driven opportunities within the HVAC sector to drive profitable growth.

You will develop, communicate, and execute a strategic plan aimed at expanding the brand's presence and success.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have previous VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump HVAC industry experience (either Engineer or Sales).
  • Track record of high-level creation of new accounts and expansion of existing clients.
  • Strong communicator with a track record of developing sales within a commercial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience within the VRF market will be an advantage.
  • Leading Brand HVAC knowledge, Daikin/Mitsubishi/ Hitachi etc.
