**Job Title:** Visual Merchandising Space Planning Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Space Planning Coordinator to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the in-store experience across all our locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate closely with our Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams to bring new projects and store concepts to life.
  • Work closely with merchandising and store teams to create effective store layouts based on seasonal visual merchandising guidance.
  • Analyse sales data and monitor market trends to inform store layout decisions.
  • Compile and distribute seasonal visual merchandising guidance to stores.
  • Collaborate with brands to ensure new fixtures and fittings are correctly integrated into store spaces.
  • Attend key events such as conferences, roadshows, and seasonal briefs across the country.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
  • Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
