As an Internal Sales Person , you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone , face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty .
Youll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts . Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients . We are looking for sales minded people , who enjoy talking to clients, love to use probing questions to understand the full picture, and are organised to ensure weekly/monthly & bi/monthly touch points are scheduled in.
You will also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and pickingand packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers orders are completed on time.

Internal Sales Person Experience & Attributes:
Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
