Our ambition is to grow our Wellbeing offer nationally and you will be key to working with Integrated Care Boards (ICB'S) in developing preventative models of psychological support and developing an offer to people who are willing and able to pay privately for the support we provide. 
We are seeking an engaging leader to our Wellbeing Team, including our IAPT Leads, ensuring that Making Space people management policies, procedures and processes are implemented. Providing highly specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to people using our Wellbeing Services
Developing new models of wellbeing interventions
To clinically supervise/line manage practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors
To contribute to audit, research, policy and service development within the areas served by our Wellbeing Services.
Developing and deliver training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services
You will work with the Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint. 
You will be required to travel throughout the area of operations. 
g Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Strong organisational and time management skills are required.
You will need to be someone who is unafraid to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
