You will work alongside colleagues, partner agencies, and the courts to proactively resolve the highest priority cases of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse, hate incidents and other breaches whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience in social housing or related profession, preferably with a focus on anti-social behaviour.
Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and resolving conflict with partner agencies.
Experience of court procedure and litigation.
Knowledge of how to enhance performance or working practices to deliver improved value for money.
Knowledge of social housing policy, good practice, current trends and application.
Knowledge of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse and hate incident legislation and case law best practice.
Knowledge of tenancy fraud best practice.
Knowledge of legal casework best practice and of knowledge of quality management.
Takes a flexible and adaptable approach to hours of work in order to meet customer and operational needs.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.
