**Role duties**
- Meeting daily performance targets.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Performing general administrative tasks within our company's bespoke system and client systems
- Calculating costs as needed.
- Booking appointments and managing customer enquiries..
- Solving problems efficiently

**Experience and skills**
- Experience working within a fast-paced office working environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Outlook.
- Good communication skills, with qualifications in English and mathematics at grade C or above, or key skills level 1 - 2 qualifications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player who leads by example.
- Experience of dealing with challenging customer service queries.
- A broad experience in telephony customer service within a fast-paced environment is desirable.
