An urgent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Private Chef to join a UHNW Family based in Central London. The ideal candidate will have substantial private experience, preferably with a European culinary background, and a passion for creating healthy Mediterranean and Ottolenghi-style dishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals for the UHNW Family according to their dietary preferences and requirements.
  • Create diverse menus featuring healthy, Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on freshness and quality ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, meal planning, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
  • Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service and exceptional hospitality.
  • Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Private Chef, within UHNW households.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on Mediterranean and Ottolenghi-style cuisine (fresh food)
  • Excellent knowledge of dietary restrictions, and able to weight out and calculate protein intake.
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Flexibility to travel abroad once a year for 2/3 weeks

The ideal Private chef must have great attitude, experience, and flexibility. Rota is Monday to Friday - weekends off, and you will be cooking breakfast, lunch and early evening dinner. This is an immediate start role so if this sounds like you please apply now to find out more.
