Customer-oriented with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about maintenance and service processes for specialised technological products. Skilled in using service management software relevant to the industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a technical service role, particularly with specialised products, is desirable. Industry-specific certifications or qualifications are advantageous. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office based hours with occasional requirements for site visits.
