Marketing Manager (London)
The Mills Fabrica is an innovation platform dedicated to supporting techstyle and agritech companies transition to a more sustainable future through innovations and collaborations.
Officially launched in Hong Kong in December 2018, The Mills is a landmark revitalization project by the Nan Fung Group, transforming their old textile factories into a new heritage, experiential retail, and innovation centre. With its business incubator, investment fund, spaces in Hong Kong and London, and community-building initiatives, The Mills Fabrica aims to create success stories of collaborations between innovators, entrepreneurs, organisations, and corporates, that together, will drive positive change for future generations.
Position Overview: The Mills Fabrica (London) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the London team’s marketing efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Create marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness for our coworking space, Fabrica X (innovation gallery and concept store), events and partnerships
Work across the different teams (Membership, Fabrica X, Partnerships, Events) to devise marketing campaigns to attract new members, customers/clients and partners
Content Creation
Manage and create content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram) and website
Prepare and update marketing materials to support cross-team promotional needs.
Digital Marketing
Enhance digital presence and footprint
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI
Work closely with PR agency to enhance our brand presence, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all platforms
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Minimum of four years relevant marketing experience with proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator)
Good understanding of both online and offline marketing, social media and emerging marketing channels
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
