Your Mission:

Merchant Payment Advisor is required to join the Finance department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a busy finance team in a growing business. The candidate will have customer facing experience and have a desire to learn a complete range of duties within the function.

Your Quests Include:

  • Resolution of merchant queries via Zoom and telephone contact.
  • A point of contact for Sales Reps to liaise with in relation to their merchant queries using Outlook, Slack and Salesforce
  • Producing payment breakdowns, carrying out account reconciliations, explaining fees, payment processes and terms to merchants
  • Providing training to new members of the Wowcher business on merchant voucher and payment processes.

Who you are:

  • Customer facing experience is advantageous.
  • Previous exposure in industry role useful but not essential.
  • Confident on the phone
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills.
  • IT Skills including Excel.
  • Self-motivated individual.
