We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to join
our sales team at Agilio Dental. The Account Director will be
new business within the dental market. individual with extensive experience in dental sales at a senior manager
level, possessing exceptional relationship management skills,
opportunities into sales, ensuring timely and effective engagement
opportunities within the dental market, utilizing market research
and networking to expand the client base.
• Relationship Management: relationships with key stakeholders, including dental practices,
dental associations, and industry influencers.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to
effectively positioning Agilio Dental’s software solutions as the
demonstrations of Agilio Dental’s software offerings, effectively
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales
leadership team to develop strategic sales plans and initiatives
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales
performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Account
Director – Dental are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental sales, with a proven
track record of success at a senior manager level.
• Strong understanding of the dental industry, including practice
management processes and software solutions.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish
