Supporting the evolution of a newly formed service delivery stream
Supporting UK & International activities in Workforce Change & Restructuring covering TUPE, Redundancies, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures
Establishing best practice ways of working including process & guidance documentation
Leading the WFC&R elements of the global HR system project, including process mapping and the related policy/process aspects
Developing robust data tracking and analysis for effective monitoring, insights on activities, team project support, and reporting requirements
Acting as a focal point of contact for employees, Trade Union/Employee representatives, HR, & Leaders across our business
Leading small/less complex workforce change activities and contributing to all aspects of activities within the wider team
Collaborating with all elements of the HR operating model to achieve business results and ensure employee experience is central to operations
Influencing and coaching across the Sector HR and Business/functional teams
Your skills and experiences:
Broad HR background with a good understanding of ER
Ideally experience or understanding of Redundancy & TUPE processes
Knowledge of UK Employment Legislation
Experience in reviewing policies for positive employee experience
Proficient in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
Ability to operate effectively in unionised and non unionised, project-based environments
CIPD qualification or working towards would be advantageous

We're seeking individuals with a strong background in HR and employee relations, proficiency in HR systems like Success Factors, and experience in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you'll craft HR process and guidance documents, collaborate with the wider team, and support various HR initiatives.
