• An Account Manager / Client Partner specialist with circa 10 years' experience within consulting or BPO suppliers- serving Insurance (Personal Lines) Tier 1 accounts;
• deep sector expertise across policy and claims operations, underwriting, analytics and digital operations.
• Commercial understanding of industry changes to insurance process delivery, and associated cost drivers
• Focus on adopting 'best in class' processes, and ability to bring that influence to key stakeholders across customer and delivery/ operations teams
• Excellent communication skills - able to bring authenticity, clarity and confidence to difficult discussions, to win the trust of customers and delivery teams
• Strong problem solver and technology evangelist, inspired to accelerate high performing digital change
