This remit will require a regular fortnightly attendance (for c. 2-3 days) on site in the Frankfurt office.

Candidates must have business fluency/be bilingual in German and English

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a growing, dynamic global private equity firm with a strong history and c.200 employees internationally.

We are seeking in Interim Global Senior HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR, and take on a c.12-14 month maternity leave cover.

  • Act as a key member of the HR function, partnering a number of senior Heads of Funds and other senior functional executives on a global basis.

  • Take on a true generalist role, providing a breadth of HR counsel and critical business partnering for the business, as well as delivering cyclical activities with excellence.

  • In addition, this individual will act as a strong deputy and counsel for the Head of HR.

  • Take responsibility the development and growth of two direct reports in the HR function.

The business requires:

  • A strong, recent, track record of operating in complex, fast-paced, international financial services or private equity investment businesses

  • Deep generalist HR capabilities at HR Business Partner level, and demonstrable experience of having partnered senior executives across a range of functions.

  • Must be able to prove excellent skills in developing and mentoring junior HR team colleagues.

  • Must be direct experience of managing German client bases.

  • Must be business fluent in Germa n and English

Remuneration: £130-140k base, plus bonu s and benefits
