Fantastic opportunity for a passionate and guest centric Front of House Manager to join this 5* boutique hotel based in Central London. With excellent career opportunities you will be responsible for managing the front of house operation, including reception, guest services and concierge. Key duties will include;

  • To lead and manage the Front of House team in the provision and delivery of exceptional standards to ensure a seamless, personalised and memorable guest experience.
  • To ensure that guests’ needs are anticipated and met and, through personal impact, operational awareness and relationship building, make sure that all relevant guest information and preferences are shared with the correct operational departments.
  • To recruit, appoint, retain, review, identify training needs, provide active support and development and ensure succession planning is in place.
  • To ensure that the guest history database is accurately maintained and built on.
To be successful in this role you will have previous Front of House management experience from within a boutique hotel, ideally with 5* experience, along with excellent attention to detail and a passion for mentoring and developing your team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this luxury hotel with a clear progression path.
