Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an experienced Account Manager to support in our nationwide growth
Based in our Head Office, your primary responsibility will be to complete the administrative tasks, required to build and maintain our strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting and looking after our live workforce. Your goal will be to meet or exceed client expectations, contribute to revenue growth, foster long-term partnerships, and provide exceptional candidate care.
What's on offer:
~ Salary: £28-30k per annum (plus performance based incentives)
~ Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday (office based)
~28 Days Annual Leave (plus Birthdays and 1 extra day per year of service)
~ Free On-Site Parking

Key Duties:
Establish and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs, business objectives, and challenges
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries relating to sickness/absence, providing updates, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review service levels, performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services
Provide a positive and supportive experience to a pool of 300+ candidates currently serving our clients' operations
Proactively communicate with candidates regarding any absence/sickness/lateness concerns from our clients
Address Client concerns and ensure their questions and issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily, helping to minimise attrition levels
Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), client satisfaction metrics, and candidate feedback
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of candidates that meet client requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the recruitment industry
Strong administrative backgournd
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with aviation industry terminology and job roles will be an advantage
Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and timelines
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
