As our expansion continues, we are looking for a someone to join our dynamic, growing Sales team as an experienced Account Manager. This is a full-time permanent position based on-site.
You will be working as part of a team and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
To be the sole contact for customer accounts.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them intolong-term partnerships
Be willing to travel to meet customer to maintain business/relationships
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction tomaintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customerservice role
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Organisational and time-management skills
The salary offered is £30-35k depending on experience
