Our new Head of Inbound Traffic will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage prospects, and drive customer acquisition. This role demands a strategic leader who is both creative and analytically minded, with a proven track record in scaling top-of-funnel activities such as SEO, website management, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content creation, and email marketing.

Define and lead the strategic direction for all top-of-funnel marketing activities to maximize brand exposure and lead generation across various channels, including digital and traditional marketing platforms.
- Analyze and optimize performance across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliates, content marketing, and email campaigns to ensure they meet the business objectives and ROI targets.
- Provide career development and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure cost-effective campaign management and track spending against the ROI and key performance metrics.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to make informed decisions about market opportunities, campaign adjustments, and strategic pivots. Implement advanced analytics for regular reporting on campaign performance and insights.
- Market Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and markets to keep the company at the forefront of its industry.
- Customer Insights: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to gather insights on customer experiences and expectations, using this data to tailor marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition.

Proficient in using key digital marketing tools and platforms for SEO, PPC, content management, email marketing, and social media analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to merge creative marketing strategies with data-driven analysis, aligning with the company’s financial and strategic goals.
