An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join this small team for a hybrid working opportunity in Windsor. Applicants will need to have at last a year or two of previous experience in a similar role. Your duties will include:-

  • Maintaining the purchase order and invoice system.
  • Matching and posting purchase orders.
  • Inputting Billing Sheet information for the Finance Team
  • Working with the central finance team as well as the sales team to make sure revenue is being recorded correctly
  • Ensuring we are audit compliant by following correct accounting procedures
  • Chasing up clients for missing/delayed PO/invoices
  • Reconciling Financial reports
  • Helping to recover aged debt
  • Assisting the Finance Business Partner with any ad-hoc Finance requests when needed
Essential Experience Required: To be successful in your application for this role you will have the following experience
  • Previous experience in a finance admin role
  • Experience working with Invoices
  • Paprika System Experience – Desirable
  • Excellent time management
  • Accurate and organised
  • Team player
