Finance Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join this small team for a hybrid working opportunity in Windsor. Applicants will need to have at last a year or two of previous experience in a similar role. Your duties will include:-
- Maintaining the purchase order and invoice system.
- Matching and posting purchase orders.
- Inputting Billing Sheet information for the Finance Team
- Working with the central finance team as well as the sales team to make sure revenue is being recorded correctly
- Ensuring we are audit compliant by following correct accounting procedures
- Chasing up clients for missing/delayed PO/invoices
- Reconciling Financial reports
- Helping to recover aged debt
- Assisting the Finance Business Partner with any ad-hoc Finance requests when needed
- Previous experience in a finance admin role
- Experience working with Invoices
- Paprika System Experience – Desirable
- Excellent time management
- Accurate and organised
- Team player
