As look to launch our start up later this year, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence.
Job Description : The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Pickrz.com. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement strategic initiatives, and manage resources to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the sports betting industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to enhance efficiency and achieve company goals.
- Oversee daily operations of the company, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the sports betting industry.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in operations management, preferably within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
