Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance, providing regular insights to senior management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Line Management and Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage operational staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide developmental feedback.
- Identify and facilitate training opportunities for team growth.
- Communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly.
Client Engagement and Project Management:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Sales Support and Business Development:

Interfacing with Internal Systems:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.
- Use data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational planning, budgeting, and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client engagement and project management abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management and compliance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and systems.
