If so, we’d love to hear from you We're looking for a Night Manager to oversee our clients overnight operations and support our onsite teams in delivering top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
As the Night Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the nighttime operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Safety & Compliance : Oversee night operations with a strong focus on health, safety, and security protocols. You’ll swiftly handle any safety issues and ensure compliance across the board.
- Supporting Onsite Teams : Collaborate closely with our onsite teams, providing them with essential business and project information to guarantee efficient overnight project execution.
- Driving Communication : Capture critical information and ensure it’s accurately relayed to Project Managers, so they can keep clients informed. You’ll also produce detailed night reports for stakeholders.
- Warehouse Management : Manage the access to the warehouse during your shift, overseeing the loading and unloading of vehicles and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and parts to handle any unexpected challenges.

What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who can lead by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience : A proven track record in a managerial role, ideally in a night shift setting. Experience with warehouse logistics is a plus
- Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must. You’ll need to be organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Qualifications : A strong understanding of safety and security protocols, along with a Forklift operation certification (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Physicality : The ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary is essential.
