We have two fantastic permanent opportunities within our Customer Sales Team here in Wakefield
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your sales and account management skills with the potential to grow into a more senior sales role in time or to work in other functions within the business.
We are open to background and are looking for candidates that have the right transferable skills and enjoy making outbound telephone calls to deliver a first class customer service. Ideally you will have worked within a sales role previously but this is not essential.
Training and support are provided on the job as well as a clear and defined monthly sales plan from your manager. You will be eligible for our sales incentive plan when you have passed your probationary period.
The role is full time (35 hours a week) but we welcome applicants that would consider working on a part time or job share basis We offer flexible working patterns and you can work between the hours of 8am and 6pm to suit your needs.
These role is based from our Wakefield office so you must be within commuting distance, however, after a successful completion of probationary period, we offer hybrid working between the office and home.

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be provided with ongoing training and support to work on both reactive and proactive sales campaigns in-line with our sales strategies. Achieving performance targets and pipeline activity through managing a caseload of customers or campaign objectives, predominantly over the phone but also email based as well. Ideally, you will have some experience in sales or generating new business, but it is not essential.
Finally, you'll need great team working skills as well as possessing a flexible, adaptable approach and be motivated by new challenges.
Full training and ongoing support is provided in this role as well as a defined monthly plan by your manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and account management skills, which could develop into more senior sales roles or act as a stepping stone to other functions within the business.
