Brief: Our client is an industry leading provider of Turf care equipement across the UK. The role will involve the promotion and enhancement of sales and support services for Turf Care products in the West of Scotland, as provided by our client. Offer expert product guidance, conduct demonstrations, and present quotations to end users. Collaborate with customer support teams to deliver superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost Sales and Market Presence: Elevate sales figures and deepen market reach for Turf care Equipment within your designated area, aligning with yearly performance indicators. This involves prompt provision of customer demos, quotes, and guidance to foster market share expansion.
- Cultivate Relationships and Leads: Forge new connections and nurture ongoing relationships with customers to spur business growth via existing channels and fresh ventures.
- Product Expertise and Support: Offer technical sales insights to service centers and support teams, enhancing their product knowledge. Actively promote all available services to end users to bolster aftermarket business development.
- Comprehensive Sales Oversight: Manage all facets of Turf care Equipment's sales endeavors in your region, including the entire sales cycle from quote to delivery and installation, financial proposals, lease terminations, and self-billing protocols.
- Demonstration Management: Assume control of demonstration products within your area, ensuring they are readily available for customer trials. Coordinate with the demo team or regional demonstrators for additional user demos.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on sales strategies, programs, and technical product matters.
- Installation and Customer Satisfaction: Oversee product installations and validate customer contentment following delivery.
- Training and Education: Handle all operator training and product handovers, with support from the training team.
- CRM Maintenance: Regularly update the company's CRM system with detailed customer interactions, data, and product stock levels.
- Marketing Initiatives: Execute promotional activities for all sales and marketing drives in tandem with Sales and Marketing Managers.
- Product Registration Oversight: Ensure the product registration database remains current by supervising the registration procedures utilized by end users and service centers.
- Performance Goals: Consistently hit established bonus benchmarks and key performance indicators.

- Full Drivers License
- Geography will cover Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Glasgow City, Inverclyde, Dunbartonshire, Argyll and Bute.
