They will ensure a consistent, timely supply of regulatory compliant products within budget, aligned with our company inventory policy, while meeting the demand requirements of UK direct sales.
Run weekly meeting updates with internal factories - sharing information and discussing current activity, supply performance and potential risk
Activate weekly reports to ensure supply is aligned with inventory policy and current demand
Ensure correct alignment of semi-finished product into our UK 3rd party packer to ensure correct balance in finished inventory.
Review the SAP/ERP recommendations to ensure all ERP generated proposals are aligned with demand, in line with inventory policy and resulting Purchase Orders are placed and confirmed
Ensure SAP data relevant to orders is correct, up to date and cleansed as required
Maintaining SAP master data relevant to Supply Planning to ensure the best view of current and projected inventory
Raising purchase orders for related services relevant to each supplier and where INCO terms require collection by Ethypharm, to liaise with the Logistics Team and provide information regarding collection requirement
At least 3 years' experience planning with SAP (PP, MM)
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Able to speak conversational French and/or Spanish is desirable
