Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Principal Planner or Senior Planner in a local authority or private sector setting.
  • Education to degree level in Planning or a relevant subject.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of planning practices, methodologies, and legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
