An Employer Branding Specialist, who will be innovative and ready to implement and elevate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), making us the go-to choice for top talent.

You will spearhead our employer branding efforts, assisting with the implementation of an EVP that resonates with our values and culture. This role is pivotal in transforming our employer brand from the ground up, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints, and supporting the delivery of our attraction strategy.

You will leverage our world-class consumer brand to position us as a desirable workplace, attracting and retaining the best talent, whilst managing our digital presence, create engaging content, and leverage analytics to drive strategy and measure impact.

Strategic thinker with a passion for employer branding and EVP development.
Demonstrable hands on experience in creating and executing branding campaigns.
Natural storyteller with excellent narration and writing skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyse data to make informed decisions and measure success.
Experience managing social media accounts including Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn and content creation.
Knowledge of current trends in employer branding and talent attraction.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy that aligns with our values and culture.
Creating and curating content that effectively communicates our EVP across various platforms.
Managing our online presence, including our careers site and social media channels, to engage with potential candidates.
Analysing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts and making data driven decisions.
Collaborating with engagement, HR, marketing and recruitment to ensure a cohesive brand experience for current and prospective employees.
Engaging with employees to amplify our brand through authentic storytelling and testimonials.
Overseeing the production of brand materials, ensuring they are inclusive and resonate with a diverse audience.
Staying abreast of employer branding trends and best practices to innovate and improve our strategy continuously.
Reporting on the ROI of employer branding initiatives, demonstrating their impact on talent attraction and retention.
