We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Executive - Europe. This is an exciting role, suiting someone who is looking to build strong commercial experience, who’s interested in sustainability and software, and working in a growing B2B SaaS business that serves manufacturers around the globe.

Implement effective Enterprise sales tactics to help close deals.
• Support the Business Development Lead to analyse and assess current sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations.
• Maintenance of our sales pipeline within Salesforce.
• Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, including CRM systems.
• Proficiency and experience in using MS Office suite of applications.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems (Salesforce) and social media (LinkedIn)

Passionate belief in our mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable manufacturing.
• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, sales or marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

You are passionate about supporting our mission and helping manufacturers to reduce their costs and global climate impacts. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across the business.
