This is a company in high growth in the property sector, with residential units across the U.The Lettings Coordinator role provides essential administrative and customer service support to drive resident occupancy levels. Reporting into the Lettings Manager, the Lettings Coordinator will manage the full resident life cycle from enquiry, to tenancy progression and move in, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Escalate any resident lifecycle concerns to the Lettings Manager

· You will ideally have experience in the property sector with a Lettings or Sales background. Working knowledge of legislative compliance within prospect management, and interest in the lettings sector preferable but not essential
