Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
