We are currently looking for a

Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager who will play a vital role in attracting a small number of top talent to the organisation, while ensuring that existing employees are engaged, motivated, and retained. This multifaceted role requires expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, employee engagement and retention initiatives. Talent Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to): 1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract a small number of high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and negotiation. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future acquisition needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the acquisition journey, from initial contact to onboarding. 2. Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an organisation of choice. Partner with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding content, including career site pages, social media posts, and employee testimonials. Represent the organisation at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the organisation's brand and attract top talent. Monitor employer brand perception through surveys, feedback, and online reviews, and take proactive measures to address any concerns. 3. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. Organise team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to promote employee morale and well-being. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees on engagement-related matters. 4. Retention Strategies: Analyse turnover trends and identify factors contributing to employee attrition. Develop and implement retention strategies to address key drivers of turnover, such as career development opportunities, compensation, and work-life balance. Provide guidance and support to the Managing Director in conducting stay interviews and exit interviews to gather insights and feedback from departing employees. As part of the Leadership Team, develop retention programs and policies that support the organisation's talent retention goals. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or related HR roles. Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent and implementing employer branding initiatives. Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in ATS, and other HR-related software tools. Location:
