We are looking to recruit a full time Customer Services coordinator for a busy maintenance company based in Thatcham, Berkshire.
You will be based full time at their head office but some travel to customer sites and client meetings may be required in the future, so you will have to be a car owner / driver.
00pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.
Maintaining their database.
You will also be assisting with general office duties as required such as filing, Technicians worksheets etc.
Experienced in handling telephone calls and dealing with customers, suppliers, external contractors and engineers / technicians.

Computer literate (database, Word, Excel, e mail)
Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a role were you have been managing, planning, scheduling engineers or contractors or tradesman would be an advantage.
Starting holiday allowance is 23 days plus bank holidays.
On site car parking. Car ownership is essential.
