Eden Scott is supporting a client seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join their team in Aberdeen on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves providing expert HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, managing HR queries, coaching HR Administrators, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Responsibilities:


  • Offer prompt, competent HR assistance to managers and staff in every business unit.
  • Coach junior HR administrators and help with mentoring to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide knowledgeable guidance on rules and regulations.
  • Assess risks, handle cases through to completion, and escalate difficult problems as needed.
  • Encourage ongoing enhancements to HR systems and procedures while supporting the creation of policies.
  • Observe legal obligations for confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • As needed, oversee and assist with a range of HR initiatives while showcasing your superior project management abilities.

Applications Requirements:


  • Three years of minimum generalist-focused HR experience required.
  • Preferable is HR qualification.
  • Strong familiarity with employment law, HR procedures, and policies.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven with a constructive outlook on growth and change.
