As part of our Experience Team, you will...

- Act as a point of contact for all things recruitment from advertising vacancies and screening applications to setting up interviews, providing candidate feedback and onboarding
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers for posting job advertisements for open roles across multiple channels including the careers page and social media
- Build relationships with departmental leaders to gain insight into demand requirements, considering local attraction and future growth plans for the Park
- Guide and support local recruitment campaigns and build talent pools relevant to each department to help support future needs
- Manage communications and process with job centres, local schools, colleges, and universities
- Support and work with the People Administrator onsite with administration tasks relating to recruitment and any additional ad hoc support as required
- Support with tasks relating to new starters including inductions and helping 'live on' team from moving onsite to arranging the cleaning of team accommodation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail
- A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through to completion
- The ability to complete work with accuracy with attention to detail.
- Be driven and able to multi-task under pressure
