Working Hours: 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexibility available for a 4-day work week)
Our client, a reputable company based in Aspatria, is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. You don't need to have worked in supply chain previously however we are looking for an experienced Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering: Manage the ordering of packaging and ingredients on a daily/weekly basis, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs.
- Purchase Orders: Raise and manage purchase orders accurately, maintaining proper records within the company's systems.
- Goods Receipting: Handle the receipting of goods-in, ensuring all deliveries are accounted for and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Stock Management: Clear purchase orders on the IFS Stock Management system, ensuring inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.
- General Administration: Perform daily administrative tasks as required by the team, contributing to the smooth running of the department.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Recent experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and team members.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, particularly when handling orders and stock records.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
